my amazing friend, bernadette, threw a surprise baby shower for me. the decorations, food, activities and gifts were perfect. i was not expecting it at all. somehow it even got arranged so that my patient's were covered for a couple hours, so i could relax. it was great--especially because my back/hips have been making it super hard to walk, and i was going to be admitting a crazy post
