Selling our condo = Sad

since we will be moving when rich graduates, we decided to sell our condo. our realtor said it was pretty much already staged to sell, so that was relieving! it will go on the market when we fly to utah during rich's spring break. i hope it sells quick, but not really because that is sad to think about.

we painted those walls.

rich installed that hardwood floor. "whatta man, whatta man, whatta mighty good man"! ;)

we painted these walls lavender...after we painted it many other weird colors that looked awful.

painted that wall too. "mars red" was the paint color. kinda weird name, but i like the color. benjamin moore paints rock.

i sanded, primed and painted those cupboards white. NEVER again. rich also installed that track lighting..."whatta man..."
